Core Features
- Phosphor‑copper formula with 7.0–7.5% phosphorus and copper as the remainder.
- Low melting range of 710–793°C, suitable for controlled copper brazing.
- Flat rod geometry: 1.3 mm × 3.2 mm × 500 mm, easy to feed into joint gaps.
- Approximately 60 pieces per kilogram, supporting cost estimation and bulk purchasing.
- High tensile strength of 500 MPa for strong copper joints.
- Self-fluxing on copper: no extra brazing flux needed for copper-to-copper work.
- Requires flux on copper alloys for cleaner wetting and stronger joints.
Typical Application Scenarios
- Refrigeration and HVAC technicians: Brazing copper pipes, air‑conditioning joints and refrigeration system repairs.
- Electrical component manufacturers: Joining copper conductors, terminals and copper busbars.
- Instrument and meter assembly: Brazing thin copper parts requiring low‑melting filler metal.
- Copper pipe installation contractors: Repairing and connecting copper tubing in HVAC systems.
- Maintenance workshops: Performing outdoor air‑conditioning and refrigeration service repairs.
