How to order?
Notice that the price which right shows “Ask for real price” is not real price,in thisese product pages don`t show the button of “Add To Cart” or “Buy it “. Because product cost varies according to your purchased quantity,and also freight varies according to different zones.For get real price,please send your enquiry message on product page,or send email to us directly,tell us the quantity you need and your location place.Then we`ll calculate the shipping cost (by air or by sea) and quote the real price.After we agree on price together,we`ll issue proforma invoice ,by which you can pay for the order.Smartclima accept Paypal payment or Bank tranasfer payment. And then Smartclima will arrange delivery.
The price shown on the product page where shows the button of “Add To Cart” or “Buy it” is real price.You can order this product online and pay for it.We`ll ship the order out in 3 – 5 days,and then takes about 1 week to arrive at your hand.
What is your payment term?
We accept payment by bank transfer( telegraphic transfer,names “TT”),by Credit card online,or by Paypal. If the order value is less than USD2000 payment by TT,your payment must include all banking charges,including beneficiary bank`s charges,we need to get the same amount as it shows in proforma invoice.
What is your shipping method?
Depends on order`s weight and volume,we`ll suggest shipping method:by air express(DHL,TNT,FEDEX, ARAMOX) or by sea(FCL,LCL).Of course,you can choose which shipping method you need,and we`ll excute your decision.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes when do International Shipping
When ordering from Smartclima, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

For the orders shipped to USA, we provide tariff-free service,you don`t need to pay for importing tax or any other cost.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
What is minimum order?
Depends on the items.If we have the stock of the item,minimium order is 1pc;If we don`t have the stock of the item or the item need to be customed,we can discuss together to decide minimium order quantity.Pls let us know your possible quantity when you send inquiry. For the sample, which is just one of our present products, and it is just in storage. If does, maybe,client also need pay for the cost of both sample and shipping cost in advance. In case any customer would require a unique design or demand, we will try our best to satisfy their needs. The unit cost will be higher for small quantities and very particular designs.
Can You Send The Brochure With Price List?
Usually,we display product and its details on our official website https://www.smartclima.com. Pls do not ask us to send price sheet for all items.You need to choose some types which you need,or if you do not find the product you need,just write message to us,and then our representative from related division department in Smartclima will reply you within24hours(Smartclima doesn`t work on Saturday and Sunday). If he / shet think your requirement is clear, then he/she could quote it at once. Otherwise, you need to keep patient for waiting.
In order to avoid any potential market conflicts, we only sell unique items to the unique clients. Also,if you pay for mold,the items from this mould is only to sell to you.Smartclima wouldn`t sell items which the customer already paid for mold to others.
