The liquid reservoir is an important part of the compressor and plays the role of storage, gas-liquid separation, filtration, silencing and refrigerant buffering.
It is composed of air conditioning, intake pipe, air outlet pipe, filter screen and other parts. Its working principle is as follows: the liquid reservoir is equipped with the air conditioner evaporator and the compressor suction pipe, and it is a protective part to prevent liquid refrigerant from flowing into the compressor and causing liquid shock.In the operation of the refrigeration system, it is impossible to guarantee that all the refrigerants can be completely vaporized; that is, the refrigerants coming out of the evaporator will have liquid refrigerants that can be completely vaporized; that is, the refrigerants coming out of the evaporator will fall directly into the bottom of the reservoir because they are heavier than the gas, and the gasified refrigerant enters the compressor from the outlet of the reservoir, thereby preventing the compressor from inhaling the liquid refrigerant and causing a liquid strike.
