Universal Multi-Function Air Conditioner Remote Control K-1028E

1. How do I use the universal remote control after receiving it?

Reply: Point the remote at the air conditioner, press and hold the corresponding brand button or the setup button in the lower-left corner. Release the button within one second as soon as the air conditioner turns on (repeat the setup if the functions do not match). After normal usage, press and hold the lock button in the lower-right corner for five seconds to lock the code.

2. My remote works directly without setup, but why does it feel slow to respond?

Reply: Although it works directly with common models, it may feel slow because it transmits multiple codes at once. Follow the setup method above, and the button response will be as sensitive as the original remote, providing an even better user experience.

3. Why are the buttons unresponsive or mismatched after pairing the universal remote?

Reply: There are many similar remote control chip models, so you may have paired with a similar but incompatible one. Continue following the setup steps until you find the correct code. If the code is already locked, unlock it first.

4. Why does the remote stop working after a period of use?

Reply: This happens because the code was not locked after setup. Long-pressing a button or accidentally pressing a button during normal use may trigger code searching and cause the code to be lost. Simply reconfigure the remote and lock the code again.
