Explain for performance:

The machine machine is dual-use,can spray liquid mist and smog mist.The below article explain the difference of liquid mist and smog mist.

Capacity:

If want to spray liquid mist: 16L liquid in a barrel can be used for about 660㎡ area disinfection in 10 minutes.

If want to spray smog mist: 16L liquid in barrel can be used for about 8000㎡ area disinfection in 30 minutes, so you need to put disinfectant in the barrel, then put in 1-3kg of diesel or aerosol to mix.

The difference between water mist and smog mist:

If want to spray liquid mist only, just put the disinfectant into both tanks (water tank and medicine tank).

If you want to spray smog mist, you need to separately put disinfectant(into medicine tank) and diesel(into water tank) .Mixed disinfectant with aerosol or diesel is the base to produce smog mist.

How to use the machine:

1. Put fresh water into the medicine box and test the machine first. After putting the water into the medicine box, the lid of the medicine box must be tightened.

2. Put “Regular or above ((Plus or Premium) clean gasoline” in the oil tank.

3. Both the blue carburetor of the machine are turned on, turn both to the “open” position

4. There are two oil bubbles on the back of the carburetor,press each oil bubble down about 10 times to suck the oil above to be the position of two thirds.

5. Before start, press the carburetor oil bubble, and then press the electric start button for more than 5 seconds.

6. After starting, open the two liquid medicine valves.

7. When shutting down, be sure to close the liquid valve first, and then turn off the carburetor.

　　7. Under normal circumstances, it is allowed to add medicine without stopping, but the gasoline engine should be at a low speed, and pay attention not to let the medicine overflow, so as not to wet the engine, magneto and fan casing, and corrode the body.

　　8. The mist used in the misting operation has a large concentration, and the sprayed dots are fine and dense. When the handle switch is turned on, the spray pipe should be swung left and right to evenly spray, and it must not be stopped at one place to prevent chemical damage. For ultra-low volume spray operations, specific technical requirements should be followed.

　　9. When spraying higher crops, the speed can be higher, but try to avoid the engine running continuously at high speed for a long time.

　　10. Pay attention to the wind direction for safe operation. When spraying toxic pesticides, protective equipment must be equipped. The working hours of each person should not be too long, and the back machine should be rotated properly to ensure personal safety.
