I am planning on making a solar ventilation panel and a wind generator that will feed into a grid tie inverter. I reside in Minnesota and currently have Minnesota valley electric. Now I have actually heard that you can utilize a grid tie inverter to pump power from solar and wind into the grid so I basically can run our 240v electric wall heaters. I was figuring a wood box sprayed with heat based spray paint for like grills and then line the walls with plastic bags packed with sand and a fan to allow cool air into the box as well as a little plexiglass window to see display. Any ideas or comments on this?
