Notes / Installation Instructions

1. When brazing connecting tubes, adopt necessary protection to avoid valve body temperature exceeding 120℃.
2. Mount the valve horizontally. Do not install the pilot valve in reversed orientation. Do not bend the E/S/C pilot tubes.
3. Prevent dust, moisture and other impurities from entering the 4-way reversing valve before soldering. The inlet and outlet pipe should be blown clean before use.
4. Rolling torque of screw assembly: 3.2±0.8 N·m.
5. If the product is used in a highly corrosive environment, please perform anti-corrosion welding protection.
6. This product can only bear reverse pressure differential ≤0.5MPa during reversing process. (Reverse pressure differential = suction side pressure minus discharge side pressure; reverse pressure differential ≤0.5MPa during reversing)
7. For applications with our valve installed on the compressor side, pay attention to layout and fixation of pipes and avoid resonance.
8. Control logic:
   • System start-up: Start compressor first, then energize 4-way valve.
   • System shutdown: Reset the compressor first, then shut down the 4-way valve.
9. Remove protective plugs on gas and liquid ports before welding.
