Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at service@smartclima.com to organize the exchange. We’re here to help ensure you get the product you want.

Change of mind cancellations 
Customers who place an order and want to cancel it due to a change of mind must contact us before it is shipped to do so. If the item has already been shipped a return can still be processed under our 30-day return policy. Customers will be refunded 92% of the purchase price they paid. The retained 8% of the purchase price is to cover payment processing fees, bank fees, platform fees, currency conversion fees, refund processing fees, and other expenses linked to the purchase and refund.

Change of mind returns

If a customer decides to return an item due to a change of mind after receiving the product, a restocking fee of $100 USD will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Return shipping

All costs and charges associated with the return of an item are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must find and pay for an appropriate shipping service to return the item to us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
