NRF(E)/RT(E) series thermal expansion valve is an integrated expansion valve, suitable for air conditioning, refrigeration, refrigeration and other fields.

Superheat regulation

The factory superheat is set to 3.5K and the static superheat adjustment range is 2 to 8K.

Unscrew the sealing nut, rotate the adjusting rod, turn the adjusting rod one turn clockwise, increase the superheat by 1.5K, turn the adjustment rod one turn counterclockwise, and reduce the superheat by 1.5K.

Note: The nominal cooling capacity is based on the evaporating temperature te=4.4°C, the condensing temperature tc=40°C, and the pre-valve refrigerant temperature t1=38°C.
