Key, indicator and fault code:

After the power is turned on, the main window displays the current real-time temperature

Ent: to confirm the key, press once to set the value, long press to realize switch machine.

SET: Set key, press once to enter main menu (F1-F5)

“+” Plus key: increase the panel display value

“-” Minus key: Decreases the panel display value

LLL / HHH: No sensor or sensor fault connected

Mode / Cooling: On Indicates that the current mode is cooling mode

Mode / Heater: On Indicates that the current mode is Heated

On: On indicates that the output has been activated and the relay is closed

Fourth, the internal setting instructions

Press the SET key once to display F1-F5, and then press the key to set the parameters

F1: Set the desired temperature

F2: Set operating mode H = Heating, C = Cooling [This step is very important].

F3: hysteresis setting, that is, how many degrees down again work.

F4: temperature correction, display value = real-time value + correction value

F5: high temperature alarm, the temperature will reach the alarm temperature alarm

Operate Manual:

1, set the F1 target temperature (stop temperature)

2, set the F2 mode, H for the heating, C for the cooling

3, set the hysteresis, (stop after the number of re-start again)

Example setting 1:

A boiler need to maintain the water temperature at 80-90℃.

The water temperature is larger than 90℃ to stop heating, when down to 80℃, then start heating

The detailed setting steps are as follows:

1, set the stop temperature to 90;

2. Set the operation mode to H heating mode;

3, set the hysteresis of 10 ,means when reach to 90℃,then stop and down 10℃ and then re-start;

Example setting 2:

A cold store need to maintain the temperature at -5℃ ~ 0℃

The temperature at minus 5℃ to stop cooling, when the temperature rise to 0℃s, then re-start cooling.

The detailed setting steps are as follows:

1, set the stop temperature to -5;

2. Set the operation mode to C cooling mode;

3, set the difference back to 5,means when reach to -5℃,then stop and rise to 0℃ and then re-start.

Precautions:

1, the motherboard power supply for the DC12V, please be sure to power supply

2, the measurement input for the K-type thermocouple and positive and negative, do not use other probes

3, the output relay for the maximum capacity of 10A, the control device power supply in series on the output

4, the installation of attention to the bottom of the motherboard insulation

5, wiring Please disconnect all power to avoid the risk of electric shock

6, if there is an unknown failure, press and hold + – boot to restore factory settings or call the Company
