SY series heater

HSY series heater, is widely used in the petrochemical, metallurgy and other industries in China.
HSY2 products, per unit area of the heating power are relatively high, the following table is generic products, you can use special occasion.
HSY4 product is heated in a closed tank, the HSY2 ordinary tubular electric heater based on the improvement of wiring devices and heating structure, three heating tube as a group, effectively reduces the surface of the heater load can be directly to substitute SHY2 heater.
The HSY series will be bending the original tubular welded to the flange on the composition, the heater is placed directly on the heating oil, high thermal efficiency and long service life. 1KW to 4KW, the work environment is about 300 ℃, and 5KW to 8KW suitable to work in about 100 ℃ environment.

Remark: 1.115 flange is the universal flange, Y2 have double heating element, Y4 have three heating element, the size in the table is the standard specifications, non-standard need to customized.
2.The nozzle default combination cover is black plastic cover, matching the yellow fiberglass cover、iron-nickel-plated cover, the detail specification reference accessories series.

HSY6 series for the sheathed electric heater for hydraulic and lubricating device heating hydraulic oil and lubricants can also be used to heat non-corrosive gas or liquid.
HSY6 sheathed electric heater features:

HS-FL flang heaters

1. Flange below must be completely immersed in water, which avoid burn out components, the water is heated should be non-corrosive, the corrosive liquids to be customized.
2. When the pipe surface scale, must be divisible to use, so as not to reduce the efficiency and even cause instant dry, burned out heating tube.
3. The product should be stored in a dry place ,if long-term placement of the insulation resistance dropped to less than one megohm, also can be dried in the oven 200 degrees for several hours(Or components of low-voltage electricity, more than one series of a few hours)so that can restore the insulation resistance.
4.The following table are conventional form,the default of flange material is 302,if has non-standard products to be customized .
