This is a simplified, easy-to-understand production process for roll bond evaporators used in refrigerators and freezers.
- Prepare raw materials. Take two clean aluminium sheets of the required size. Remove oil, dust and oxide on the surface to ensure tight bonding later.
- Print pipeline pattern. Use heat-resistant isolation ink to print the refrigeration pipeline pattern on one aluminium sheet. The inked areas will not stick together after pressing, which forms the refrigerant flow channel.
- Stack two aluminium sheets. Put the two aluminium sheets together accurately, align the edges completely, and fix them to avoid shifting.
- Hot rolling bonding. Send the stacked sheets into a hot rolling machine. Under high temperature and strong rolling pressure, the non-inked areas of the two aluminium sheets are tightly fused into one whole plate.
- Inflate to form pipelines. Inject compressed air into the reserved pipe opening. The inked pattern area bulges outward to form hollow flow channels for refrigerant. Trim excess material after shaping.
