A Heat Exchanger is a gadget constructed for warmth exchange starting with one liquid then onto the next, whether the liquids are isolated by a strong divider so that they never blend, or the liquids are in direct contact. Fans are utilized to create the air that exchanges this warmth, henceforth fans are a crucial piece of warmth exchangers. It is vital to choose a suitable fan as indicated by the use of the warmth exchanger and ICS has built up a scope of fans especially for warmth exchanger application.

      Dear sir,

      – I am customer services from EPA Viet Nam.

      – Now we have a new project about Human Cremation system.

Could you please advise and send us quotation:

Tube heat exchange cooling system use by Polluted control system of Cremation system.

      TECHNICAL DATA:

      Application:Crematory Furnace

      Number of crematory furnace:1 Unit

Temperature of the gases to the entry: 800 – 1000 ºC

      Normal air flow: 1.300 Nm3/h

      Air Flow at 200ºC: 2600 Am3/h

      Air cooler tower

Flue gases coming from the secondary chamber at 800ºC and are directed through a duct to the entrance to the air cooler tower.

The heat exchanger is tubular with cooling by air forced by a centrifugal fan. The gas that comes out of the cooler is led towards the filter.

Temperature of the gas at the entrance: 800 – 1000 ºC

      Exit gas temperature: 220ºC

Temperature of the air at the entrance: 20ºC

      Exit air temperature: 100ºC

      Power: 265.000 kCal/h

      Power: 5,5 kW

      Number of tubes: 24

      Length of tubes: 3.000 mm

Could you please advise us your products which meet our require?

Please send us catalogues and your quotation .

We hope receiving your information soon.

    Hello,

I’m looking for a tube/fin heat exchanger for potable water. I’d like the product to be no larger than 4.5”x4.5”, thickness is not a huge concern.
    Thank you

1)Air is to be heated by condensing steam. The two heat exchangers are available
The shell and tube heat exchanger and the finned tube heat exchanger. The tube side heat exchange area is equal in both cases. The recommended arrangement is——-
    a) Finned tube heat excahnger with air inside and steam outside
    b) Finned tube heat exchanger with air outside and steam inside
    c) shell and tube heat exchanger with air inside tubes and steam shell side
    d) shell and tube heat exchanger with air on shell side and steam inside tubes
    Ans- b
Here my question is what is the finned tube heat exchanger and what is the advantage of using finned tube heat exchanger over shell and tube heat exchanger???

    2) Steam is to be condensed in a shell and tube heat exchanger, 5m long with a shell diameter of 1m. Cooling water is to be used for removing the heat. Heat transfer coefficient for the cooling water, whether on shell tube or tube side, is same.. The best arrangement is–
    a) Vertical heat exchanger with steam on tube side
    b) Vertical heat exchanger with steam on shell side
    c) Horizontal heat exchanger with steam on tube side
    d) Horizontal heat exchanger with steam on shell side
    Ans-b
    Why is it so??
    Please explain…

    Thank You
