These three wires are for High / Medium / Low fan speed adjustment:

1. BK (Black) → High Speed
2. BU (Blue) → Medium Speed

Standard Wiring Instruction

1. Connect the 8μF 450V capacitor between WH (White) and BN (Brown).
2. Connect mains Neutral wire permanently to WH (White) common lead.
3. Connect mains Live (L) wire to one of the 3 speed wires as needed:
   • Live to BK (Black): Fan runs at high speed
   • Live to BU (Blue): Fan runs at medium speed
   • Live to RD (Red): Fan runs at low speed

In short, the three circled wires (Black, Blue, Red) are the speed-selecting control lines to switch fan wind speed.
