The materials for stamping process generally use cold-rolled plates (SPCC), hot-rolled plates (SHCC), galvanized sheet (SECC, SGCC), copper (CU) brass, copper, beryllium copper, aluminum (6061,5052, 1010,1060,6063, duralumin, etc.), aluminum, stainless steel (mirror, brushed, matte), according to the role of the different products, use of different materials, which normally takes from product use and cost up to consider it.
1. Cold-rolled plate SPCC, mainly used in electroplating and paint parts, low cost, easy to shape, material thickness ≤3.2mm.
2. Hot-rolled plates SHCC, material T≥3.0mm, also by electroplating, painting parts, low cost, but it is difficult shape, mainly used flat pieces.
3. Galvanized sheet SECC, SGCC. SECC electrolytic plate material points N, P material, N materials mainly without surface treatment, high costs, P material for coating parts.
4. Copper; the role of the main conductive materials and parts, the surface treatment is nickel, chrome, with or without treatment, high costs.

Steel sheet flat spreading
We adope the technology of rolling and drawing to flat steel sheet automatically,controlled by computer,high precision on dimension. Count pieces number automatically.No need other worker to operate it after you put steel panel roll into the roll bar.The material thickness which can be processed is from 0.5mm to 5mm,and the width can be from 10mm to 800mm.The matericals which can be process is steel sheet,stainless steel sheet,aluminium sheet,copper sheet.Rolls state material will be spread to flat and then automaticlly cut.Because of mechnical oil is sprayed on the working rolls,so,the surface of steel can be protected well.Then the cuted pieces are ready for next procedures. By this working technology,our working effience can be raised much.Working time is less than 80% and get more high precision.Especially, workers will be more safe when he is working/operating machine. Automatically cutting and punching
The machine of automatic cutting and punching is put ahead of steel sheet flad spreading machine.The flat sheet comes out from spreading machine automatically,and then it is got by automatic machine of cutting and punching. The machine of automatic cuting and punching is equiped with hole mold and cuting shear ,which can be used to punch and cutting steel sheet.And then automatically droped onto the trolly plat. After collecting a full of cart,the worked pieces will be sent to the next procedures ,for forming or for deep-drawing. The machines are controlled by computer,count pieces number automatically,no or less worker to take care of it. Steel Sheet Mechanical punching
We owned traditional mechanical punching machines from 10Ton to 250Ton to process various sheet metal products with different thickness. Steel sheet CNC bending
Steel sheet CNC bending is a process to bend sheet metal to an angle product, typically a V shaped punch and die(from degree 20to degree 160). The steel sheet is usually put between the punch and die which presses down on the sheet. CNC bending provides a low cost method to product 3D shapes from 2D sheets. CNC bending is a suitable for processing most ductile metals and primarily for sheet metal designs with one or more bends. it can brackets,supports,cabinets,enclosures, frames,chassis, etc. There is generally no special tooling required for CNC bending, with the exception of intricate designs and special bends. Stamping is imposed by the press and die for sheet, strip, tubing and profiles and other external forces, thus producing plastic deformation or separation, to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece (stamping) of forming methods. Stamping and forging are both plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively known as forging. Stamping blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold rolled steel sheet and strip.
Stamping Compared with castings, forgings, with a thin, uniform, light, strong features. Commen material for stamping:
1. Galvanized steel SPCC
SECC substrates for general cold rolled steel coils, galvanized in a continuous production line after degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-treatment process, it becomes galvanized products. SECC only has the mechanical properties of cold-rolled steel sheet and approximate general workability, and has excellent corrosion resistance and decorative appearance. Has great competitive and substitutes on electronics, home appliances and furniture markets. For example, the widespread use of computer chassis is SPCC.
2. Ordinary SPCC cold rolled sheet
SPCC refers to the continuous cold rolling mill rolling ingot through a desired thickness steel roll or sheet material. SPCC surface without any protection, exposure to easily oxidized in air, oxidation speed, especially in humid environments, appear dark red rust, in the use of the surface to be painted, plated, or other protection.
⒊ hot-dip galvanized steel SGCC

4. Stainless steel SUS304

5. Stainless steel SUS301
