General Knowledge on “Copper pipe flexible tube viberation absorber for compressor and HVAC system” |
Compressors supported by spring shock pads require flexible metal hoses (shock tubes) to be installed on the suction and discharge pipes to absorb the vibration generated by the compressor and prevent the compressor from conducting high frequencies through the refrigerant pipeline. Vibration, resulting in cracking of the refrigeration line.
Product application
It is mainly used for the connection of compressors and circulation pipelines of large chillers, central air-conditioning refrigeration units, cold storage refrigeration units, etc., to absorb the vibration generated by the compressor and protect the entire pipeline system.
Technical requirements for the installation of shock absorbers
The shock tube should be as parallel to the crankshaft as possible . During the start-up phase, the starting torque of the electric motor causes the compressor to sway sideways, and the shock tube mounted parallel to the crankshaft easily accommodates this movement. Horizontally mounted shock tubes are not allowed to be perpendicular to the crankshaft. (When the diameter of the pipe is less than 12mm, it is enough to install the shock absorber ring in the pipe)
