Short Description: A kind of heat exchanger.Aluminium fins and copper tube are fit closely after mechanical expander process,high heat transfer efficiency; Leak test by 2.5MPa pressure, retain pressure 0.05MPa ~ 0.1MPa in the factory; and can be used for R22, R134a, R404A refrigerant, etc. Big wind, low-speed motor for a variety of freon refrigeration equipment,beautiful appearance, low noise,big windward side, good heat transfer effect, equipped with 6-pole motor; can be matched to a larger condensing units used; various types can be designed according to customer requirements.

• Quality copper tube and aluminum fin used, it achieves a high heat transfer coeffcient.
  After treatment of oil removal, rust removal, phosphating, passivation, spray coating and drying, the casing enjoys excellent corrosion-proof performance.
• Reasonable design of product structure and strengthening treatment of all supported end boards contribute to duration and simple installation.
• Automatic molding process ensures dry and clean interior of the copper tube. Close conjunction of aluminum fin and copper tube achieves a good effect of heat transfer.
•  Loop design prevents pressure loss as possible. Multi-loop cross spread contributes to better heat dispersion effect.
• Famous brand fan at stable quality adopted endows excellent heat dispersion and low noise.
• Having passed 2.6mpa air tightness testthe coil satisfies the requirements for tightness.
