Description: This brazing rod contains 5% silver, with a melting range of 645-815°C. It exhibits excellent fluidity and gap-filling properties, along with a smooth brazed surface, high joint strength, and impact resistance.
Usage: Commonly used for brazing copper and copper alloys in HVAC refrigeration equipment such as motors, instruments, air conditioners, and refrigerators.

Note: Before brazing, it is essential to thoroughly remove contaminants such as grease, oxides, and other debris from the brazing area and the surface of the filler metal. No flux is required for copper brazing, but when brazing copper alloys, it is necessary to use silver brazing powder (QJ101, QJ102, QJ103) or silver brazing paste (QJ111, QJ112, QJ112A).
