Instrument parameter settings

Example 1: the instrument needs to control the temperature at 25 ~ 28 ℃, the temperature rose to 28 ℃ to stop, the temperature dropped to 25 ℃ start. Control humidity in the 70 ~ 75%, humidity rose to 75% stop, humidity down to 70% start.

Here the example of the temperature is heated control, humidity is humidification control.

Temperature setting:

1, set the master temperature.

2, set the specific parameters.

Hold down the SET1 key for 2 seconds to enter the code settings. (If the time is long, the screen shows —, that turn off the temperature output. To open, then press the SET1 button can)

①, HYS: This is a key code, set the temperature hysteresis. In this example, starting at 25 ° C and stopping at 28 ° C, it is necessary to set 3 (28-25 = 3).

②, ADJ: temperature correction, under normal circumstances, do not need to adjust this parameter

③, out: heating and cooling options. After the temperature rises to stop the output, are heating control, such as control heating rods, heating pipes, etc.; after the temperature rise to start the output, are cooling control, such as control fans, compressors and so on. In this case, it belongs to the heating control H, because the factory setting is H, so no need to adjust.

④, SPH: lock the highest setting range of the instrument. Also used to set the high temperature alarm.

⑤, SPL: Lock the minimum setting range of the instrument. Also used to set the low temperature alarm.

⑥, ont: output delay working time. The time between the first power supply and the interval between the two runs. 0-255 seconds adjustable.

⑦, Sn: Enter the model to select. Select the 10 (K), the instrument range is -50 ~ 150 ℃, the instrument has been equipped with 10K temperature probe; select 50 (K), instrument range -10 ~ 200 ℃, need to buy separately; select 100 (K), instrument The range is 0-250 ° C and is purchased separately.

Humidity setting:

1, set the master humidity. Set the master temperature to 75. (How much to stop the output, it is set how much)

2, set the parameters. Set the first code HYH to 5 (75-70 = 5). The third code HCH is set to H.

Example 2: temperature control at 10 ~ 15 ℃, 15 ℃ start the compressor, stop at 10 ℃. Humidity control at 50 ~ 55%, 55% start when the wet (such as fans), 50% stop.

Here the example of the temperature is the cooling control, humidity is dehumidification control.

The temperature master is set to 10, the hysteresis is set to 5 (15-10 = 5), and the output delay ont is set to C

Set hysteresis

P0: working mode
This value must be set for the first time to use the thermostat. If it is used for heating, it
should be set to H; if it is used for cooling, it is necessary to set to C.
P1: hysteresis setting
Long-time press the set button for 3 seconds ,enter into the internal menu, select P1, then
press the set button, enter the hysteresis value set state. Hysteresis is the value that,when
the thermostat reaches the set temperature, then stop working, the need to work again the
difference, such as set to the heating mode, heating to 40 ℃ stop, down to 35 ℃ again, the
hysteresis is 5;

P2: temperature correction
Press and hold the key for 3 seconds to enter the internal menu, press the up and down keys to
select P2, then press the set button, through the up and down keys to set the required
calibration temperature. In the setting, if the detected temperature value is 0.5℃ higher
than the actual temperature value, the calibration temperature to be set is -0.5℃. If the
detection temperature is 1℃ lower than the actual temperature, the calibration temperature to
be set is 1℃. Detection temperature +/- correction temperature = actual temperature.

P3: delay start
Press and hold the key to set the desired delay time (minutes). Press the up and down keys to
set the desired delay time (minutes). Delay start is generally used for compressor cooling, if
used for refrigerator freezer, this value needs to be set, according to the compressor back
pressure size is generally set to 3-6 minutes, if you are not used to control the compressor
or do not need to delay Function, skip this item directly.

start heating, how to set up?
Step 1: Determine the operating mode as heating mode, set P0 to H;
Step 2: Press the set button to stop the temperature flashing, through the up and down keys to
set the starting temperature of 50 ℃;
Step 3: stop at 65℃, start again at 50℃, so the hysteresis needs to be set to 65-50 = 15,
enter the internal menu to set P1 to 15, complete;

Cooling mode setting method.
Set the first step to set P0 = C, the second step to set the stop temperature, the third step
to set the hysteresis value;

Use case:
Control the farm, ventilation to 26 ℃ to stop, the temperature rose to 28 ℃ to start the
cooling again, how to set up?
Step 1: Determine the operating mode for the cooling mode, set P0 to C;
The second step: press the set button to stop the temperature flashing, through the up and
down keys to set the stop temperature of 28 ℃;
The third step: 26 ℃ stop, 28 ℃ start again, so the hysteresis need to be set to 28-26 = 2,

Set temperature

P1: constant temperature value
The number of degrees that the user needs to set ;
P2: temperature difference
When the real-time temperature> constant temperature value +
temperature difference, start the cooling, work up to the constant
temperature to stop;
When the real-time temperature <temperature difference – temperature
difference, start heating, work up to the constant temperature to
stop;
P3: Heating delay
When you need to start heating, it will not start heating immediately,
you need to run the P3 value ,and then will start. when delay,the
corresponding heating lamp will flash. Set the unit in seconds, if you
do not need to delay, and need to start immediately, you can set the
value 0;
P4: Cooling delay
When the need to start the cooling,it will not immediately start the
cooling, you need to run the P4 value ,and then will start. when delay
,the corresponding cooling light will flash. Set the unit in seconds,
if you do not need to delay, and need to start immediately, you can
set the value 0;
P5: high temperature alarm
You can set a group above the upper limit of the temperature value for
the high temperature alarm, when the temperature is higher than this
value, the screen temperature flashing,the buzzer beeps when the
temperature is below the alarm.
P6: low temperature alarm
Can set a group below the lower limit of the temperature value for the
low temperature alarm, when the temperature below this value, the
screen temperature flashing,the buzzer beeps when the temperature is
higher than the value,the alarm automatically released;
P7: Temperature correction
When the temperature value and the actual temperature value display
error, can be corrected by this function, the corrected value will
automatically be added to the real-time temperature, such as: display
temperature = temperature measurement temperature + temperature
correction.

is displayed when the setting is made
Set: Set button, press this button to enter the internal parameter
setting;
Rst: Confirm button, press this key to confirm after setting, press
and hold to switch on;
For the display settings and temperature difference value, when make
set function,it is changed to” increase the key and reduce the key”;
The heating / cooling indicator lights up, indicating that the
corresponding output is closed and the flashing indication is in a
delay.

Main function ‘
This controller can set to a temperature and a temperature difference,
for example, set the temperature of 25℃, the temperature difference
of 1, when temperature is lower than 25-1 start heating, heating up to
25℃ to stop; when the temperature is higher than 25 + 1 start
cooling, cooling to 25℃ to stop, So,to achieve automatic temperature
keeping!

Basic settings:

C: Cooling mode ;H: Heating mode;

P1 hysteresis setting

How to do hysteresis setting?
way 1:
Press the down button for 3 seconds, the hysteresis value flashes, through the up and down

Parameter Function Description

PO cooling, heating mode

Q: what is the PID temperature control?

Can only be used for 12-24V, higher than 27V damage may be, 29V on the overvoltage burned, 220V is not burned to say! Buy when there is a choice, without the extra voltage power loss! 5. Fault code. Sensor failure —, after the temperature alarm ,the screen temperature flashing;
