SC-type flat plate solar collector description:

SC-type solar flat plate collector with copper core, black chrome coating, has excellent spectral selectivity, thermal stability and high temperature performance, suitable for high temperature, it can wrok normal under term of 300 degrees Celsius in the long-term stability. In addition, the black chrome coating also has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
The future of solar collectors are flat-plate solar collector. The conversion efficiency of flat-plate collector of solar thermal depends on the selective surface coating materials of heat-absorbing plate,therefore, how to improve the selective absorption rate and lower the surface emissivity is our goal to develop flat plate solar collector. Almost all of flat plate solar collector requires selective surface absorption rate as high as possible, in order to retain absorbed heat radiation to require the surface reflectivity as low as possible . Higher absorption rate and lower emission rate would make the whole system has a higher conversion rate.
From many national test results of solar Energy, to today,it is well known that the best receiver for the selective coating material on fins is optional black chrome-plated copper, this material has very high efficiency of thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance,and therefore has very good durability, moisture, oxidation resistance, high temperature changes, such as excellent thermal stability characteristics, also it is very simple and convensient to maintain or repair a collector.
Type BT of flat plate solar collector description:

Type BT solar flat-plate collector has copper plate core. "Super Blue Film" is a special development of the physical vacuum method (PVD). It is coated on a continuous strip of metal coating belt.In vacuum environment,under the action of the gun of electron beam, titanium is evaporated, then add nitrogen, oxygen and other gases,and then,it takes chemical reaction ,to produce nitrogen dioxide,and deposited onto the metal condensation. Any of the efficiency of solar energy absorber are determined to the capacity of converting sunlight into heat. Relatively high absorption of solar radiation is very easy to achieve, the most challenging is how to store the solar energy stored in the metal interior.
"Super Blue film" coating is not only a coating with high absorption,it can reduce reflection,and at the same time,store heat energy in the absorption material, low-emissivity. The result shows that most contractors can improve the system degrees of temperature when it is used "super blue film" coating on theflat plate solar collector, even in cloudy conditions.
