The mainly using of condensed water is to improve heat dissipation to enhance the efficiency of condenser and to increase cooling capacity to reduce compressing power of refrigeration system, and the main purpose of condensed water sprayed on the surface of condenser is used to take away latent heat of water evaporation. When condensed water is sprayed on the surface of condenser, the steam on the surface of condenser can be similar to saturated water vapor under the outdoor temperature; its latent heat of vaporization is about 2400kJ/kg, and it means that 1kg of condensed water can be evaporated away 2400kJ heat. Evaporation heat absorbed by condensed water can be divided into two parts. One part can directly increase latent heat of vaporization to cool condenser more efficient, and when the high temperature and pressure refrigerant is acted on, the air around condenser will be cooled alone with decreasing the temperature of the environment of condenser to improve it. Another part can rise the humidity of air flow around the condenser to increase the cooling effect of air.
After humidifying the surrounding air and decreasing the temperature, the process can be considered as a process of evaporative cooling, so that the working environment temperature of the condenser will be decreased, the difference between indoor and outdoor temperature will be smaller, the power consumption will be less, the condensing temperature will be lower, and the working conditions of compressor can be improved to extend the life of air-conditioning.
The temperature of same humidity and condensation environment has a significant relationship with refrigeration system efficiency, the higher outdoor temperature, the less cooling capacity, and under the certain outdoor temperature, the humidity lower, the cooling capacity less.

The traditional vehicle air conditioning system is designed as reverse Carnot cycle refrigeration device, composed of Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator and Throttling element. The load of the compressor mainly depends on the heat load of the inside vehicle (the heat which absorbed by evaporator) and the condenser efficiency. Normally, the heat load of the inside vehicle is uncontrollable due to uncertain number of passenger. The condenser efficiency is directly influenced by the environment temperature, ventilation coefficient, solar radiation, and so on. Some of them are objective factors, such as ventilation coefficient, solar radiation, etc. Therefore, the condensed efficiency is not very good. By using the Atomizing Spray Pump can improve the condensed efficiency; meanwhile, the load of the compressor will be reduced and refrigerating effect increases. It takes the advantages of convenient, economical and safe. The improved vehicle air conditioning system is designed as reverse Carnot cycle refrigeration devices, too. But it is composed of Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator, Throttling element and Atomizing spray pump. Energy saving Principle:
There is a large amount of condensed water produced by air-conditioner during its running. It is of great importance to recycle the condensed water, by which energy saved and economy benefits. The amount of condensed water produced by air-conditioner can be calculated by the following formula:
 According to above formula, it can be calculated that there is 15kg of condensed water can be produced by a 30kW of vehicle air-conditioner per hour. If the air-conditioner works 10 hours a day, there will be 150kg of condensed water produced. Fully using condensed water can reduce load of automobile air-conditioning system, improve the efficiency of air-conditioning system of the vehicle, and play a significant role in energy-saving. According to the operating characteristic of refrigerating machine, in case of stable evaporation temperature, the shaft power will be reduce 3% when the condensed temperature reduced 1 ℃. Experiments show that the condensed temperature can be reduced 3℃ as a result of being sprayed by the condensed water. It can be figured out that the EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio) will be improved 8% by taking advantage of Atomizing spray pump. In other words, there will be 8% reduction of the gasoline consumption and 10% reduction of the emissions.
